Regarding international shipments:
Dutch Grow Kits is not responsible for packages that are confiscated at the country border of the recipient’s country. If your order has been confiscated by the customs of your country, we will give you a 35% discount on your next order. This is a gesture we want to do towards our customers.
Shipments and returns
Shipping is important to us. We are always looking for new ways to deliver your order to you as quickly and discreetly as possible. We strive to deliver your order on time and we understand that privacy is extremely important to you.
However, in order to provide you with the best possible service, there are a number of countries to which we do not ship anything or only certain products. To find out which products we are sending to your country, see information below.
SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIME
All our packages are shipped with “Track & Trace” which allows you to track your order online.
1. We strive to deliver your order on time, the customer and / or recipients are responsible for providing the complete and correct delivery address during the purchase.
2. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us by phone or email. Do this within seven days of receiving your order, preferably with a picture of the package and its contents. Please do not return products without prior consent.
Only when the products have been safely received and inspected by us, a refund will be made. Original shipping costs and import duties will not be refunded. The same applies to other costs for returning and insuring products, unless otherwise agreed.
3. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, liability is transferred to the customer/recipient as soon as an order leaves our warehouse. Should your package be stopped by customs due to its contents, we cannot be held liable.
All shipments are insured against theft and damage during transport. If, for whatever reason, the products do not arrive, we will first start an investigation at the postal company. This may take some time. If it is clear what went wrong with the package, we will send the order again or you will get your money back. This only applies to theft and damage.
