HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Currently we accept payment for our products using Bitcoin, Zelle, CashApp, and E-Transfer. We only accept Bitcoin, Zelle, CashApp, and E-Transfer because credit card companies do not allow online sales for these types of products.
I HAVE SENT MY BITCOIN PAYMENT. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
When payment is received, orders are shipped within one business day. Once sent, delivery via UPS, USPS, and FEDEX will take two to three business days. After shipment, you will receive your tracking number through email.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?
We charge a flat rate of $25.00 for shipping USP, USPS. Customers who spend $500 or more receive complimentary shipping.
CAN YOU GUARANTEE THAT MY PRODUCT PACKAGE WILL ARRIVE AFTER ORDERING?
We recommend that you choose an uncompromised, secure mailing address to which only you have access to receive the things we deliver to you. On extremely rare cases, mail-sent packages do go missing, but this is true of every sector. Once a package has been dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking number.
WHAT IS THE CUT TIME FOR ORDERS AND SHIPPING DAILY?
By 11 a.m. each day, all pending paid purchases are sent and tracking numbers are issued to customers who are waiting. If you place an order after 11am, it will be dispatched on the next business day. If you submit your purchase before 11am but your money arrives after that time, the order will still be shipped the next business day.
HOW DOES THE MAIL SERVICE TRACKING PROCESS WORK?
Each product shipped by courier mail is assigned a unique tracking number. This tracking number will chronicle the route of your mail-ordered products as they get closer to their destination. As our shipping team(s) are out of the office with the packing slips until late afternoon on the day the items are dispatched, we email customers their tracking numbers in the late afternoon of that day. Hence, your mail-order products will ship at midday, but tracking numbers will not be provided until later.
CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCTS?
